Just a quick update here. It is Tuesday morning and we are finally getting things organized........we hope! The Ubermobile comes to pick us up at 2:15. We wanted to add a couple of images on our way out the door.
GOING BACK TO SUNDAY
Can you guess who is more organized? Beds have become luggage racks and someone is way ahead in this race!
The weather here has also been fantastic (with a little intermittent rain!), at least enough for us to take a few late spring pictures. We will be missing a lot of the real 'explosion' of flowers and greenery, but hope to see lots of this on our trip.
I even splurged to get someone else out to fertilize the lawn........organically!
Counting on some watering assistance this month!!!
We will be back later with an update on the actual start of the trip!

and here we are again......an hour into our flight! So far, so good! We got free wifi on the plane so thought we would catch up.
The trip to the airport was a breeze........only 30 minutes! There were no lines at the Aer Lingus counter.......we walked right up (haha, probably because we got there earlier than expected). Then flew through the security lines in about 10 minutes. They attendant at the desk had told us that Aer Lingus shared a 'Lounge' with United, about a 15 minute walk. This was momentarily a point of debate, but we decided to head out to the gate. We remembered that there was a Priority Lounge in Terminal C and hoped that it was still there. Last time the Lounge was full and we couldn't get in.......but this time no problem. It was a nice way to spend two hours.
Had to get a start on the cappuccino diet!
We tried not to eat too much, not wanting our rhythm to get any goofier than necessary. Also, the hot dishes were beef and barley soup and Moroccan lentil stew, probably not good just before the flight! They did have some amazing fudge brownies.
There was a bit of a crowd down at the gate, but no real delay. It's a bit funny that Aer Lingus runs all their flights out of Terminal C rather than the International Terminal (E). They must have gotten a good deal! In any case, it all went smoothly and we are headed to Dublin!
I am going to save things at this point. I am having trouble with Google photos not backing up........so will give it a while to catch up (over the Atlantic!).
Haha.......too early for a drink!
The brownies were the best!
It was a lot more crowded at the gate!!!
Nothing like landing at 4:30 am Dublin time........11:30 the night before to us!
We left Boston at 5:45 pm and arrived in Dublin at 11:30........talk about jet lag.......or whatever you call this!!
